Team Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated intern interested in technology, data analytics, AI, social listening tools, data storytelling, and communications. This role offers a unique opportunity to help build the Measurement and Insights capability for Communications globally at one of the fastest-growing tech companies.

In this position, you will focus on leveraging data to support various areas across the organization. Your responsibilities will include conducting in-depth analyses, maintaining up-to-date databases, developing measurement strategies for projects and objectives from the ground up, checking data quality reports, and staying informed about new AI developments that can enhance efficiency.

DiDi’s Global Measurement and Insights team, part of Central External Affairs, is responsible for capturing and analyzing everything said about the brand in social and traditional media via social listening tools, to then process the information through various systems to provide a visual representation of how the brand is perceived in the outside world. The team’s goal is to offer timely data that guides strategy development, sets OKRs, and supports case analyses to help teams be more data-driven and efficient.

This position reports to our Measurement and Insights Manager, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with various departments across the organization, including External and Internal Communications, Marketing, Policy, Safety, Government Affairs, and more. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact early in your career.

Role Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the efforts of maintaining our measurement systems optimized.
- Generate data reports to shed light on the media environment for local teams.
- Read our data reports to spot any potential areas of opportunity.
- Keep our areas websites updated with the latest information.
- Understanding our systems to be able to deliver basic training to different team members.
- Generate materials that can help teams understand our metrics better (infographics, ppts, glossaries, etc).
- Keep tabs on the areas deliverables, trackers, calendarization, and prioritizations to make sure we are working to our highest potential.

Role Qualifications:

- Studying a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Social Sciences, or related topics.
- Essential to have strong Spanish and English communication skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and statistical programs (desirable)
- Data-driven mindset for data analysis and data visualization.
- Interest in measurement, metrics development, social listening tools, AI, data analysis, technology, and communications.
- Organized, results-oriented
- Empathic team player, willing to learn many new skills and systems.
