**LOOKING FOR: Infrastructure Engineer**
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong understanding of Network Performance Monitoring and Diagnostics tools, Network Analytics platform, AIOps, etc.
- Should be capable to work on field, covering long distance to reach the sites throughout the US territory
- Should be capable to guide the team / individual on requirement basis.
- Good Level of Technical English, capable to sustain a technical conversation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Works with vendors on feature roadmaps and deployment for new services and products Serves as a technical escalation point for engineering, operations, and delivery Works to develop new tools and systems to automate tasks or to improve existing ones Interaction with OEM for Highly Critical technical support Responsible for Reports & Technical documentation.
- Hands on experience and configuration on Inter VLAN routing, Routers networks, Switches by TCP / IP, Chassis Switches, ASA Firewall and F5 load balancers is a plus.
- Configuring Routers, Inter VLAN routing, Router networks by TCP / IP.
- Experience working with enterprise vendors is a plus such as Cisco, Extreme Networks, HPe Aruba, Infoblox, F5, AWS etc.
- Conducts lab testing on new and existing hardware and software including network, security, and cloud Network products.
- Perform onsite troubleshooting for configuration for hardware issues occurred on routers, switches, data communications equipment.
