**Essential Job Functions / Responsibilities**:

**Duties
Understanding hiring needs
- Ensure awareness of business needs, culture and recruitment and selection objectives
- Partners with internal clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs. Analyzes hiring needs, determines the best recruiting methods, and builds/deploys client-specific and/or role-specific strategic recruiting strategies.Deeply understand Job descriptions
- Coordinate meetings with HR Manager, FTEC Supervisors and Functional Managers in USA, to ensure a thorough and detailed understanding of each job description.Supports branding reinforcement with local universities & agencies
- Stays abreast of leading industry trends and recruiting best practices.Recruiting & SelectionHiring
- Ensures that all the documentation for the personnel file is complete, in accordance with organizational requirements and once completed, delivers it to the HR Administrator in both physical and digital format. Ensures compliance, and safety requirements are met.- On Boarding- In collaboration with the HR Administrator, coordinates the On Boarding process for the company.**Professional Degree Requirements (i.e., Engineering, Business Admin, etc.)**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, personnel management, psychology, industrial relations, or a similar field

**Experience Requirements (Years / Type of prior responsibilities or experience / Industry, etc.)**:

- Minimum of two (2) years of recruiting experience.
- A year of experience in human resources or personnel administration is desirable Strong English communication skills - written, verbal and listening.

**Technical Knowledge Requirements**:
Knowledge of psychometric test interpretation

**Traits & Skills ((i.e., Analytical capacity, computer capacity, risk taking, introversion/extroversion, confidence, reasoning)**:

- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with Oracle is helpful
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Knowledge and ability to interpret and understand employment related laws, rules and regulations.
