Overview:
This is a customer facing role where polish, poise, and networking within the industry is important. You’ll need the ability to bring order to ambiguity and moderate between conflicting points of view.
Scope:
- Help Solutions Architects with project deployment of BY TMS for Fortune 500 clients.
- As the TMS functional solution expert, you’ll participate in discovery sessions and help creating functional/tech designs
Our current technical environment:
- Understand the basics of APIs-SOAP/REST, XMLs, JSONs
- Inclination to understand and learn simple SQLs
- Report writing and validation
What you’ll do:
- Help eith Requirement elicitation sessions, Design sessions
- Help with Formulating Functional design Document and Architecture
- Help with and Validate Technical Design Documentation
- Participate and help with and Execute SITs/UATs
- Hypercare and Go-live Support
- Be a trusted advisor to customers
