**How You Spend Your Eight Hours**:

- Make outbound calls to businesses and pitch AT&T’s broadband and wireless services
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within target companies
- Present product information, features, and benefits to prospects effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to nurture leads
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the Sales team
- Provide accurate and detailed information about AT&T’s services to prospects
- Collaborate with the Sales team to coordinate follow-up actions and appointments
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and update client information in the CRM system
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance selling skills

**What You Must Possess**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound sales, preferably in B2B settings
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to effectively engage with prospects
- Knowledge of AT&T’s broadband and wireless services or willingness to learn about them
- Can work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and can prioritize tasks efficiently
