**Remote Senior Sales Representative **(100% Work From Home)**

**Location**:Remote from Latin America

**Position Type**:Full-time

**Salary**:
Year 1: Base: $48k to $60K + commissions (estimated commissions $10k - $20K)

Year 2: Base: $48k to $60K+ commissions (estimated commissions $20k - $50K)

Year 3: Base: $48k to $60K+ commissions (estimated commissions $30k - $80K)

(Base pay will be increased on annual performance reviews)

**Schedule**:9am - 5pm CDT Monday - Friday

**Benefits**:PTO (12 days), HW PTO (5 days), Healthcare Stipend $300, Simple IRA Plan, and Computer.

Our client provides invoice freight factoring to new transportation businesses throughout the Southeast, Southwest, Midwestern United States.

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building a portfolio of clients primarily through identifying prospective clients and promoting their factoring services to new and existing businesses, with an emphasis on transportation companies.

**Expectations and Responsibilities**
- Making approximately eighty (80) outbound calls per day.
- Clearly understand our clients value proposition and its unique points of differentiation when communicating with prospects in your efforts to close business.
- Actively prospect and qualify leads utilizing their sales process (prospecting through closed/won).
- Ability to ensure prospect understands the process from initial contact to funding, setting the right expectation for the prospects.
- Timely and accurate tracking of your lead generating sales activities and opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
- High attention to detail.
- Intense focus on closing deals and consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales quota.

- Experienced in engaging and selling freight factoring or other general factoring services to small businesses.
- Experienced in executing a sales process and willingness to learn and consistently execute our client's established sales process.
- Experienced in utilizing Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree (desired / not required)

**Non-Negotiable Requirements**
- Demonstrated success in a hunting sales role, selling services to small transportation companies.
- 3 - 5 years of demonstrated sales results in a hunting sales role
- Aligned with our client's core values: integrity, straight forwardness, and work ethic.
- Willingness to consistently meet or exceed an elevated level of daily prospecting activities.
- Excellent English level
