Ser un líder y estratega que concentre su esfuerzo y visión en el cliente y el personal a su cargo, para direccionar, apoyar y controlar las actividades del Contrato de Mantenimiento y Operación de acuerdo a los compromisos contractuales en términos de calidad, costos y plazos adquiridos con GM, buscando el máximo nível de desempeño, dentro de un marco de protección a la salud ocupacional, seguridad industrial y medio ambiente, optimizando el uso de los recursos humanos, materiales y financieros de acuerdo a los valores y políticas Siemens S.A.
- Definir los objetivos y estrategias organizacionales que permitan dar cumplimiento a los compromisos contractuales velando por el cumplimiento satisfactorio de los indicadores de gestión contractuales y a las expectativas de Siemens.
- Representar a Siemens como interlocutor válido ante GM, participar en las reuniones contractuales establecidas y mantener una buena relación con el cliente.

3.Revisar periódicamente con Minera Peñasquito los indicadores de gestión contractuales, para validar su asertividad teniendo en cuenta factores tales como: Cantidad de indicadores, establecimiento de metas y aporte al mejoramiento en el desempeño del contrato
- Definir los indicadores de desempeño y metas al interior de la organización de Siemens para alinear el esfuerzo interno con los objetivos y metas contractuales.
- Reportar los progresos y desarrollos del Contrato a la Gerencia de GM y a la Gerencia de Siemens
- Fomentar la implementación de una Cultura de Mantenimiento Proactivo, la cual se fundamenta en la Ingeniería de Mantenimiento, fortaleciendo la Planeación y Programación, el Mantenimiento Preventivo y la extensión en aplicación de técnicas de Monitoreo de Condiciones o Mantenimiento Predictivo, implementando Análisis de Causa Raíz y practicas de mejoramiento continuo,
- Liderar el desarrollo de nuevos proyectos y/o oportunidades de mejoramiento y apoyar el mejoramiento continuo en los procesos y practicas organizacionales y de mantenimiento
- Velar por el buen uso del SAP y las herramientas informáticas disponibles
- Desarrollar soluciones a posibles problemas organizacionales y cuellos de botellas del contrato
- Planear, optimizar y organizar las necesidades de recursos (humanos o materiales) a corto y mediano plazo para cumplir con la correcta ejecución del servicio.
- Coordinar, apoyar y hacer seguimiento al plan de capacitación y desarrollo del personal en coordinación con RH para contar con un grupo competente y comprometido
- Autorizar y participar activamente en el proceso de selección y promoción del personal a su cargo hasta nível de supervisores
- Propiciar el cumplimiento de los programas de seguridad industrial y salud ocupacional, motivando la cultura del auto cuidado
- Promover el cumplimiento de las normas de protección del medio ambiente, fomentando la implementación de programas que permitan cumplir con todas las disposiciones legales y contractuales.
- Asegurar la implementación y sostenimiento del Sistema de Gestión Integrado de Calidad y el cumplimiento de los estándares que allí se definan
- Identificar y/o validar nuevos riesgos del contrato y establecer planes de contingencias
- Supervisar la correcta gestión de las diferentes áreas, asegurando el mantenimiento y conservación de los equipos, instalaciones y medios a su cargo
- Elaborar el presupuesto de mantenimiento del contrato y monitorear el cumplimiento del mismo para conocer el recurso financiero con que se cuenta y optimizar su utilización
- Detectar e implementar oportunidades de mejoramiento que permitan hacer reducción de costos

Velar por la oportuna y correcta facturación mensual de los servicios prestados
