We are looking for a motivated team member to manage and lead execution for client relationships. You will be personally responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and loyalty of our current customer base and for expanding our base by converting new clients into long-term relationships.

You will be responsible for providing a range of services throughout the full customer lifecycle, from technical pre-sales support through implementation and post deployment production support. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and ensure that V12 solutions are meet these requirements.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Works closely with Client Relationship team to support all accounts.
- Upsell and cross sell (when the opportunity presents itself) within current customer portfolio in consultation with the Client Solutions team when appropriate
- Identify, develop, and recognize new opportunities for expanding existing customer solutions and ensure ongoing adoption of the V12 platform.
- Understands the V12 portfolio of products and services to present solutions to clients.
- Demonstrates an understanding of clients' business as well as their goals and requirements.
- Communicates with clients to continuously monitor the health of the relationship.
- Resolves client challenges by investigating problems and developing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Manages day-to-day activities associated with executing client programs.
- Produce the desired data and marketing solution output, in keeping with V12 standards and processes including but not limited tounit test output through the production of sample extracts, processing counts, summary totals and other QC techniques in accordance with established standards.
- Consults with internal departments to ensure the timeliness, accuracy, and quality of deliverables.
- Provides professional after-sales support including reporting, campaign analysis, and invoicing that enhance the customer experience.
- Manages automated or transactional usage reporting and forecasting in MS Dynamics.
- Responsible for documenting the operations and delivery of projects and opportunities.

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- Aptitude and experience in delivering client solutions in a data and marketing services environment
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (MS Dynamics).
- Excellent communication/presentation skills (Ability to seamlessly participate in discussions with business and technical leadership and grow relationships at all levels of an organization).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, both in person and virtual presentation skills.
- Excellent organization and time-management skills.
- Strong work ethic and high personal standard of quality.
- Ability to work independently and to collaborate effectively across functions as part of a team in a matrixed environment.
