**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**: The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement to recruiting, personnel administration, training & communication initiatives.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- As an HR Generalist, you will develop, drive, coordinate, and administer a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR functions as recruitment, benefits, training, communication, business HR needs, and HR programs according to the areas of responsibilities
- The HR Generalist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting Human Resources data and systems. Leads continuous improvement initiatives to ensure that the local strategies organization remains fit for purpose and is constantly exploiting new ways of working and lean methodology to ensure a great communication, training & environment experience.
- In conjunction with HRBP, will develop, manage and/or administer the organization's health & welfare benefits, training, communication, and employee relations programs.
- Responsible for recruiting as necessary: clarify job description, define, and execute sourcing method, perform pre-selection, conduct interviews together with the manager, and influence the final decision.
- Responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of annual training program and enhancing the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee's performance, aligned with company's core values, needs and business strategies.
- Develop and execute communication plan at the heart of our business, responsible for the internal branding strategy of our initiatives with our associates, timely communicate the important messages in our day to day, as well as the strategies of our new projects, taking a nationwide scope. in the communication of messages at an organizational level, dissemination of events and management of internal campaigns and process.
- Development and execution of the company's annual events plan. Events and integration activities and their logistics (New Year's Party, Wellness Events, Health Week, Kids ‘Day)
- Ensure compliance with both legal requirements and our corporate values, coordinating with the local works councils where applicable on matters of employment law and individual law in coordination with local management

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**
- Must have strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of learning and development trends. Demonstrated ability to plan and manage annual training, and track and report out on updates for government structure.
- KPI's monitoring and improvement plans as needed for communication & training matters
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, grammar and proofreading skills for L&D communications.
- Ability to work independently and organize time across multiple projects and meet multiple deadlines
- Must be a well-organized team player with good interpersonal skills, maturity and credibility to develop relationships at all levels
- Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills

**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor´s degree in Human Resources, Phycology or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a generalist of human resources, leading as principal activities of diverse professional experience in learning and development, training, communication & Recruiting for global/transnational company.
- Intimate knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations regarding training, labor relationships.
