Objetivo:
Brindar Soporte a los clientes internos via correo electronico, chat o telefonicamente, para solucionar problemas relacionados con sistemas, realizar configuraciones e instalaciones y asistir en la implementacion de software.
Responsabilidades.
1. Proporcionar resolucion de problemas de primer y segundo nível.
2. Atender todas las llamadas, correos electronicos y tickets de soporte de IT entrantes; clasificar los problemas a medida que llegan a dirigirlos a los departamentos correspondientes.
3. Gestionar el sistema de tickets de soporte IT y ayudar al soporte de IT a cumplir los objetivos del acuerdo de nível de servicio.
4. Implementar diferentes servicios y software de IT.
5. Desplegar con antelacion las estaciones de trabajo y equipos de las nuevas contrataciones que asi lo requieran.
6. Dar mantenimiento regularmente, supervisar y solucionar problemas de todos los sistemas de las estaciones de trabajo en la empresa.
7. Instalar, dar mantenimiento, soporte y llevar el inventario del software y hardware de todas las estaciones de trabajo en la empresa.
8. Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente, a los empleados en sitio y remotos a traves de sesiones telefonicas y/o de escritorio remoto.
9. Asistir en el desarrollo de la infraestructura de redes y servidores.
10. Trabajar junto a los miembros del equipo para ayudar a las operaciones en las multiples ubicaciones tanto en Estados Unidos como en Mexico.
11. Realizar otras tareas segun se le asignen.
Requisitos;
1. Nível de ingles: Avanzado, fluidez verbal (85%+).
2. Nível educativo: Carrera terminada.
3. Habilidades computacionales: Nível Avanzado en manejo de microsoft Office.
4. Experiência 1 año en areas de Tecnologias de la Informacion.
