o Follows up trending of quality related data gathered in lab and @line and drive improvement opportunities o Manage on a daily basis the execution of routine quality testing work, including any deviations and FTR to work scheduleso Ensure all improvements in the work execution are clearly communicated and implemented o Ensure the process for formal acceptance of raw materials is in line with global processes and regulatory requirements o Ensure all information is available to support an effective complaints handling with the supplier o Drive continuous improvement on raw material stability and specification management• Providing daily coaching and supervision for the lab operators and raw material technicians • Directly managing and executing priority jobs when necessary • Development of work schedules • Ensuring that jobs are properly completed and closed in a timely fashion • Set up a clear report on product & process performance towards the Quality Manager • Identify the best option for the samples taking : produce, warehouse, sample room …and organize the process of sampling • It supports in the analysis of the causes of the dispositions generated of the non-compliant finished product in conjunction with the Production and Quality Audit area. • Coordinates and follows up on the response and application of corrective action requests with the Quality Audit staff. • Disseminate and train the new personnel in the procedures and instructions of the Laboratory Personnel and Raw Mat Tech. • Supervises the correct application of deviations of materials in the production lines.• Proposes, updates and / or modifies the shift role of its reports according to needs.
• Specific job skillso Strong knowledge of methods, practices, techniques and equipment used in lab testingo Working knowledge of maintenance activitieso Safety awareness to ensure that all assigned tasks are handled in a safe mannero Teamwork with all levels• Competencies/ Behavioral capabilitieso Industrial Engineering (preferred) or related fieldo + 3 Years in Quality Systems and in process environmento Strong knowledge in Quality Management Systemso English Fluent (90%)o Office package (work, excel, power point, power BI)o Good communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to effectively interface with otherso Highly developed organizational skillso Ability to work well and manage with diverse types of peopleo In-depth knowledge on raw material, product and processo In-depth knowledge of the lab testing on raw materialso Fluent in analysis and capable of driving conclusionsAccountability and scope factorso Level of complaints (Defects in Parts per Million (PPM))o Rejection%o Achievement of satisfactory results in internal and external audits.o Calibrated equipment in good condition.o Quarantine Inventory Levels and Agingo Supplier Corrective Actions follow up
