**Responsibilities**:
Hold and attend meetings to report progress on Lean projects.

Develop training in continuous improvement methodologies using visual tools, as well as providing training.

Identify, generate and monitor the implementation of improvement projects in processes oriented to the lean

manufacturing of parts.

Create formats for Visual Management.

Identify, generate and monitor the implementation of improvement projects in processes oriented to the lean manufacturing of parts.

Develop training in Continuous Improvement Methodologies using visual tools, as well as providing training.

Hold meetings to report progress on Lean projects.

Attend meetings, where required.

Support and promote the proposals for changes, in the process.

Make requisitions for the indirect materials of the proposed improvements.

Application of 5 S's in your area.

Carry out the implementation program of the 5's.

Carry out the 5's audit program.

Coordinate and facilitate what is necessary for the audit team of the 5's.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineer.

Background in Autoimotive Indistries.
