- OHSAS 18000 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)
- Knowledge of Construction and/or Maintenance
- Knowledge of Technical Standards, ISO, and EHS Protocols
- STP, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma, and 5S
- Experience in Planning, Programming, and Control Services
- Experience in Start Up, Rump Up, and Equipment Decommissioning
- Knowledge of Failure Analysis tools (Ishikawa, FMEA, etc.)
- Ability to lead under pressure, accelerated workflows, and/or adjusted deadlines
- Ability to make strategic decisions
- Proactivity to solve problems and acquire knowledge in innovative project management technologies
- Experience in people management.
- Ease of developing long-term relationships with clients and high hierarchical levels, both internally and externally
- Sensitivity to seeking new perspectives for the performance of Serviap Logistics with the customer
