We are currently recruiting for a full-time onsite HR Generalist

Location: This position reports to the office in Monterrey

What You’ll Do
- Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions
- Provide support for employee relations activities including counseling, disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations
- Manage the company’s onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation
- Manage benefits and other programs,
- Respond to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and/or programs
- Maintain compliance with local employment and benefits laws and regulations
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

What we are hoping to find in your background
- Bachlors degree preferred
- At least 5 years in an HR environment, preferably supporting a fast-growing organization & work for US region.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR projects and programs
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
- CIPD preferred

Pay: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Monterrey, N. L.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
