**_TECNICO DE FACILITIES_**

**RESUMEN DE LA POSICION**:
Ejecuta inspeccion basica, reparaciones, instalaciones y mantenimiento de edificios en aspectos e infraestructura de electricidad, plomeria, aire acondicionado y detalles esteticos del edificio. Dentro de sus responsabilidades tambien se incluyen reconfiguraciones y armado de muebles y estaciones de trabajo. Cuando se requiere, realiza actividades de captura y es capaz de leer planos basicos. Esta posicion requiere conocimiento en los procedimientos y medidas de seguridad aplicables en todas las areas donde se requiera su intervencion, asi como uso de sentido comun, practicas y procedimientos dentro del campo de trabajo de facilities y/o edificios. Esta posicion contara con guias de trabajo o departamentales ya preestablecidas. Esta posicion requiere Supervision inmediata y directa. Las funciones principales no requieren toma de decisiones.

**RESPONSABILIDADES BASICAS**:

- Ejecuta reparaciones, inspecciones, instalaciones y mantenimiento de edificios en lo concerniente a electricidad, plomería y aire acondicionado.
- Su área de trabajo incluye todos los interiores del edificio (Producción, oficinas, salas de juntas, etc) así como los exteriores (patios, estacionamientos, jardines, techo de la nave, etc.)
- Ensambla y reconfigura muebles y estaciones de trabajo.
- Extremadamente orientado a satisfacción de clientes & usuarios de las instalaciones.
- Capacidad de operar elevadores de tijera y plataformas articuladas, así como trabajar en alturas, siempre siguiendo los procedimientos de seguridad.
- Conoce la función y operación de extintores de incendios, así como hidrantes del sistema contra incendios.
- Solicita partes e insumos necesarios para completar los proyectos de mantenimiento.
- Ejecuta tareas básicas de mantenimiento general de edificios, tales como: cerrajería, colgar pizarrones, resanes y pintura de paredes, reparaciones menores de pisos.
- Opera diferenes herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
- Tiene la capacidad de levantar objetos, siempre siguiendo los procedimientos de Seguridad.
- Habilidad de trabajar en posiciones incomodas, flexionando o doblando su cuerpo, en ocasiones en espacios reducidos.
- Otras tareas asignadas por su Supervisor.
- Interactúa con Contratistas cuando se lo requiere su Supervisor.
- Conocimientos de AutoCAD son un plus

**CONDICIONES DE TRABAJO**
- Locación: Planta en Mexicali, Baja California
- Sus funciones son dentro y fuera del edificio, áreas de manufactura, patios, estacionamiento, jardines, techos de edificio. En ocasiones puede ser con condiciones exteriores de calor, lluvia o frio.
- Requerimientos físicos: carga, levanta, trabaja de pie, trabajo en alturas en elevadores y/o escaleras, etc.
- En ocasiones puede requerirse trabajar tiempo extra por las tardes o fines de semana.

**HABIIDADES y/o REQUERIMIENTOS**:

- Conocimientos básicos en al menos un área de construcción: electricidad, plomería o aire acondicionado.
- Habilidades para diagnosticar fallas o encontrar problemas.
- Conocimientos generales de Mantenimiento.
- Buena comunicacion verbal.
- Buena comunicacion escrita (deseable)
- Habilidad para leer planos (deseable)
- Certificación para trabajos en alturas DC-3 (deseable)
- Buena salud

**EXPERIENCIA**:
**Minima**:

- 1-3 años de experiência en al menos un área de construcción: electricidad, plomería o aire acondicionado.

**Deseable**:

- 1-3 años de experiência como Técnico de Facilities o Edificios

**EDUCACION**:
Preparatoria, Carrera técnica o equivalente.
