Administrative Resource Manager 2nd Shift

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Resource Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, working a 2nd shift schedule (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM).
This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to take on a challenging role and make a significant impact in the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring seamless execution of processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall job satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes, including talent management, training, and development initiatives.
- Manage benefits, compensation, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Analyze data to inform HR decisions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Psychology, International Affairs, or Law.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a Maquiladora environment.
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Advanced Office software and analytical skills.
- Prior knowledge of LFT, IMSS, and STPS is an asset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results-oriented projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
