Join our team as a **Customer Service (CPFR Analyst)** **in **Queretaro.** You will Partners with Order Management to ensure efficiencies for both parties and with Demand Planning to ensure Forecast Accuracy (ICBP). Furthermore, you will play an important role as Customer Service and Logistics Leader for the Multifunctional National Accounts Team (Sales)

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- ** Monitors programs and procedures** to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction (Advantage and NPS)
- ** Maintains in-depth working** knowledge of Company systems, processes and culture. Fluent reports hence analysis
- ** Sales Target daily follow up**: Decision Making based on this KPI along with the multifunctional team as well as weekly Sell In & Sell Out Projection (Visibility for the Company)
- ** Effectiveness of Commercial Plan**: Follow up on accuracy, tendency & elasticity. Also capitalization of additional exhibitions through CPFR analysis / perfect dispersion. All In line with customer expectations and KPIs. Develop and implement CPFR collaborative programs aligned with Customer strateg
- ** Provides feedback** to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns and works continually towards self-development to stay current on customer service, sales and supervisory procedures & practices.
- ** Acts as a resource in resolving customer issues** by utilizing excellent Company process knowledge and strong skills in negotiating and selling.

- Bachelor´s Degree: Industrial Engineer or Business Administration
- Advance Knowledge of Excel & Access
- Proven Experience on Improvement Projects
- Must: CPFR
- Order Management, Transportation & Customer Development Knowledge/Understanding
- Fluent English
- Holistic Thinking, Analytical Thinking, Leadership, Collaboration, Negotiation, Planning and Organization (Time Management), Problem Solving, People Skills, Proactive (Self Driven), Flexibility, Emotional Intelligence (Resilient)
