The Role
The Localisation Producer will be both responsible of bringing all components of the production and delivery of projects together and being a client service representative.
The Localisation Producer will be working as part of the Locaria team, responsible for creating and delivering an integrated range of assets and help for our global flagship client. Reporting to a Head of Producers you will assist day-to-day work helping to manage expectations and deliver projects against timelines. We're looking for someone who is proactive, and who is constantly looking for creative ways to achieve exceptional results; someone who can build lasting relationships at all levels both internally and externally.
The Office
You will have the chance to work on a Hybrid working model 2 days in the office, siutated in Av. Álvaro Obregón 171, Col. Roma Nte. in Ciudad de México and 3 days at home with great flexibility.

**Working hours**: 9 to 6 pm Mexico

**Requirements**:

- Build strong relations with clients
- Daily project management of incoming briefs and assignments
- Traffic management of incoming flow among departments and specialists
- Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time
- Manage creative production team (video, print and digital)
- Organize document flow and financial control (cost estimates, PO's, invoices, etc.)
- Manage 3rd parties involvement (i.e. sound studios, directors, photographers and other freelancers)
- Ensure quality level of the final product adheres to Locaria and industry standards
- Ensure that projects are finished and delivered on time

**We are looking for**:

- Fluent English: spoken and written
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office or Google Spreadsheets, Presentations and Docs
