**Objetivo del puesto**: Brindar soporte a los procesos relacionados a Compensaciones para todas las divisiones del negocio, proveer de información actualizada y de calidad que sirva de soporte para la toma de decisiones estratégicas del área.

**Escolaridad**: Lic. en Recursos Humanos, administración, a fin

**Experiência: 2 **a **3** años en análisis de compensaciones / implementación de sistemas

**Actividades**:

- Trabajar en equipo en la administración del programa de compensaciones y beneficios de la compañía de acuerdo con las políticas ya establecidas.
- Estandarización de procesos y nuevas políticas,
- Análisis / benchmark de mercado, etc.
- Elaboración de reportes e indicadores del área
- Mantener actualizada la información en los sistemas de Administración de personal y Nómina.
- Brindar soporte a los procesos revisión salarial, bonos e incentivos.
- Preparar análisis de compensación y emisión de propuestas.
- Evaluaciones de puesto y realizar recomendaciones sobre la estructura analizada, de acuerdo a las políticas internas y prácticas de mercado.
- Brindar soporte a los procesos globales de la compañía como Perfomance y clima laboral.

Salario: A partir de $25,000.00 al mes
