**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Bachelor´s degree and 3 years´experience.
- Proven experience in structured training (I.E. SPC. GR&R, PPAP, Quality Systems,etc)
- Geometrical & Dimensional Tolerancing (GD&T) interpretation.
- Knowledge of automotive industry checking fixture design and buyoff.
- Risk management and Problem solving
- Know and practices the PPAP Process
- Control plan development experience
- Know and practices the PPAP Process
- CMM and measuring software
- Management of CAD software

**POSITION RESPONSIBILITY**

**Quality Design**
- Analize product specification and quality requirements data to define deliverables,measurements controls and documentation necessary for the implementation and approval of the individual components and final product.
- Support Quality teams and core processes using information required for MPS Practices at each phase of the project. Executing the Quality Plan according to the time from project milestone.
- Support new equipment and technologies capture in project scope during the VP stages and revisions
- Participate in the Product Verification workshop on each new Project and working together with engineering team.
- Provide updates during review with Quality lead with status update, deliverables to include roadblock and risks.
- Define and Execute The Quality Process Verification control for CMM Eq.,In-line Insp.,Holding & Check Fixtures,Measure Plans, Road Map components and Final Product,SDS definition by process, Poka Yoke definition, Pre-production incoming Insp., Weld Audit Lab capacity, Gap&Lap reports,NP reports, Quality Records on line,Torque / Pushout report and QIFC by process.
- Responsible to maintain comunication since the beginning of the project implementation to define deliverables with Plant team process and Plant representative to receive the project and hand over at the end of approval phase.

**Quality Implementation**
- Coordinate and establish the implementation of forming component. Since the participation on the stamping tool design revisions, until tools approval buyoff and releases to home line. Participate since execution to approval project phases.
- Define and developed the Master timing for the Checking fixture and MSA.To use in all projects and following the quality requirements.
- Issue requistions per the Budget for the project.
- Manage and supervise the Measurement equipment,Holding,Checking fixture designs for projects and ensure fixture built to meet Metalsa/Customer Standards and delivered on time.
- Lead the Pre-buyoff and buyoff approval process, executing the Quality Loops and meet the dimensional and capability data to ensure complete information to deliver to the plant.
- Ensure the Control Plan implementation, and confirm the product characteristics PIST dimensional specification and attributes are reached following the MPS requirements of the 4 phases approval Product and Process validation procedure for Stamping and Assembly.
- Manage,Lead and support the plant teams to meet and reached the PPAP requirements. to approval components at homeline and ensure each components meet requirements on time
- Ensure the checking fixture are completed ,updated, upgraded and ready to use on the production stage.
- Ensure all the delivery information generated from project teams, toolmaker supplier and Stamper supplier were included and submitted on the approval phase.

**Quality Approval**
