Position Summary: Accountable for execution of market supply planning strategy including service, inventory and DDF (Waste) ownership. Drive continuous improvement plan within supply planning capability.

Core Responsibilities of the role:

- Owns market supply planning including product availability management, inventory strategy definition and stock optimization.
- Owns supply chain interface between market SC and upstream (plants/ESC) supply.
- Ensures timely and cost-effective replenishment of stock to origin W/H from plant based on Demand insights.
- Minimize shortage risks and proactively communicate risks to market SC team.
- Manage the stock policy & shelf life to ensure service and reduce product waste.
- Accurate maintenance of supply parameters (master data) in SAP and other systems
- Collaborate with in market SC team to enable value through HMM & other initiatives.
- Collaborate with market SC team to build SLAs with plants/ESCs and ensure compliance.
- Provide visibility of KPIs through reports along with actionable insights
- Build repository of best practices in supply planning with requisite SOPs or similar such documents - Training Material
- Drive continuous process improvement rigor through lean techniques and undertaking special projects to deliver targeted results.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or other numerical / scientific areas.
- Experience in supply chain especially supply planning role.
- Preferences: experience in CPG (or related) industry
- Fluent in English, verbally and written.
- Experience of 3 years on planning (ideally supply planning)
- Self driven, fast learner
- Ability to connect and interact remotely with people in other locations.

- Service: Case fill (FG & Packaging for NOLA and HK)
- Inventory Strategy (Propose DOS)
- Inventory Value (Drive WC improvement)
- FG freshness (>target SL)
- 100% accuracy in MD & MRP
- loss of Sales: OOS
- HMM
- Abnormal demand fulfilment
- DPP (Dispatch Plan Performance)

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Degree in supply chain
- SAP, APO, AFO knowledge
- Experience working in multinational companies sourcing products or ingredients from different countries / locations.
- Production planning experience
- Experience of working in global teams with cross cultural stakeholders
