Cad Drafter

**CAD Drafter**
Our Tijuana office is growing and we are looking for a CAD Drafter The CAD Drafter will assist with the design process for our Systems Infrastructure group. You will operate using AutoCAD and Revit software to provide drawings for design-build projects. This is a non-exempt position that is an individual contributor.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work in AutoCAD and Revit to prepare Telecom and Security Design Drawings on Federal Design Build projects and Shop Drawings /As-built drawings on spec. build projects.
- Works closely with the Project Managers to interpret PDF mark-ups and incorporate into shop drawings.
- Works closely with the Field Foreman to interpret PDF mark-ups and incorporate into as built drawings.
- Prepare wire run lists in MS Excel and import them into AutoCAD or Revit drawings.
- Work with trade labeling machines to prepare large volumes of specific wrap around labels, faceplate labels and port ID labels based on MS Excel wire run lists.
- Help to create and add to the large library of Telecom and Security AutoCAD Blocks and Revit Families to help expedite preparation of drawings.

**EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION**:

- 3 years of experience working with AutoCAD and Revit.
- 1 Years experience in preparing Telecom or Security Installation Drawings in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Proficiency in Revit software.
