About the Opportunity:
**Where you will make an impact**
- Understand the International payroll process at an operative level, ensuring that all the monthly processes are completed. Americas, Australia, Portugal, and the Netherlands preferred.
- Complete the payroll information provided by the local payroll partners, ensuring that all the information, reports, and adjustments are included. These tasks will imply open communication with the internal areas within the organization such as Benefits, Human Resources, and Compensation, along with others.
- Administrate the global platform with the partners in each country, ensuring that all the data is submitted as well as received from each partner.
- Execute the approval process for payroll, taxes, benefits, and all the other payments for the employees in Latin America.
- Receive and resolve all the questions related to payroll from the employees and internal areas in the organization.
- Facilitate communications between the employees and the internal areas related to payroll.
- Process administrative tasks as needed related to payroll benefits ensuring local compliance.

**What you will bring**
- 3+ years’ experience in payroll processing or administration.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, work independently with mínimal supervision, take on multiple tasks, shift priorities quickly, prioritize, and achieve timely and thorough completion of assignments.
- Strong interpersonal skills & sense of urgency with an ability to form and maintain effective working relationships.
- Willingness to provide support to other areas or sectors of the company.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to juggle multiple tasks. Must have strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
