Marketing Manager for Experience Hosts

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and inspire our team of Experience Hosts in delivering outstanding guest experiences and generating high-quality, live leads for our real estate division.
**Role Overview**:As the Marketing Manager for Experience Hosts, you will play a pivotal role in managing and mentoring a team of outgoing, personable hosts who introduce guests to our experiences and real estate offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Guide, mentor, and motivate a team of Experience Hosts, ensuring they are well-equipped to connect with guests, represent Flora Farms' brand, and introduce visitors to the real estate opportunities available.
- **Lead Cultivation & Strategy**: Design and implement effective lead generation and cultivation strategies, drawing from your expertise in fractional real estate. Support hosts in engaging qualified prospects and capturing live leads to support the success of our real estate division.
- **Training & Development**: Develop and lead training programs tailored to the needs of Experience Hosts, focusing on guest engagement, lead nurturing, and closing techniques. Ensure hosts are fully prepared to speak confidently about our offerings and guide interested guests through the discovery process.
- **Performance Management**: Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual and team performance, setting targets for prospect engagement and lead generation. Provide constructive feedback, manage performance expectations, and ensure high standards are upheld.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**: Work closely with other departments, including Real Estate Sales and Marketing, to align goals and streamline lead handling processes. Coordinate with operations to ensure all events and guest experiences run smoothly.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience in Fractional Real Estate**: 3-5 years of experience in fractional real estate or a related field with proven success in lead generation and cultivation.
- **Leadership Skills**: Demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and support a high-performing team, with prior experience in a similar management role preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train others in guest engagement and lead nurturing.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of juggling multiple responsibilities and maintaining a structured approach.
- **Professional Presence**: A polished, professional demeanor and appearance, with a passion for hospitality and creating positive guest experiences.
- **Language Skills**: Strong English proficiency; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- **Availability**: Must have reliable transportation to Animas Bajas and be able to work flexible hours as needed, including weekends.
**Compensation**:This role offers a competitive commission structure tied to the team’s lead conversion and prospect engagement success, providing high earning potential for a results-driven manager.
