**Responsibilities**:
**La oportunidad**

El analista de Seguridad Corporativa recopilará, procesará, analizará y almacenará información sobre riesgos, incidencias y todo aquello que pueda impactar a los empleados, operación, instalaciones y bienes, con el objetivo de alimentar el proceso de seguridad e inteligencia, que propicie la toma de decisiones y la elaboración de planes de acción y/o reacción.

Como **Analista de Seguridad Corporativa **tus funciones constarían de:
Garantizar el envío del Reporte de Novedades.
- Enviará los incidentes que se reporten en el día, con información clara y completa y correctamente redactados, respetando el formato y horario designado.
- Asegurará que los incidentes estén debidamente clasificados y recopilará las incidencias semanales más relevantes para los diferentes foros que sean requeridos.

Garantizar la disponibilidad e integridad de los casos relevantes de seguridad.
- Asegurar que los incidentes, riesgos y diferentes situaciones estén debidamente clasificados y ordenados por prioridad, con información precisa y actual, almacenada en las bases de datos.
- Capturar las incidencias, o cualquier información en temas de seguridad en tiempo y forma, con base en una periodicidad determinada y en caso de ser necesario, actualizar la información.
- Dar seguimiento a las diferentes investigaciones que realiza el equipo de campo, mandar alertas de investigaciones pendientes cercanas a 30 días y validar que se suban, cierren en tiempo y forma en el portal.
- Concentrar alertas y evacuaciones de plantas y mixing.
- Dar seguimiento a los registros de los entrenamientos en los diferentes temas que se dan en la región.
- Generar indicadores sobre descortesías, botones de pánico y geocercas.
- Generar Score Card de desempeño de cada integrante del equipo regional de SC, en visitas en ruta, entrenamientos e incidentes de teléfonos Conectados.
- Registro y estadísticos de intrusiones, retenciones, secuestros, unidades retenidas, unidades incendiadas, fatalidades y robos de flota primaria y secundaria, exagentes y faltante en almacén.
- Dar seguimiento al registro en la base de datos de visitas a almacenes, emitiendo un reporte.

Crear y entregar reportes estadísticos e indicadores de seguridad.
- Entregar semanalmente presentación con indicadores de desempeño de Ventas y Operaciones resaltando los eventos más relevantes de la semana.
- Entregar a la región mensualmente el Dashboard de Ventas y Operaciones de la región, respetando el formato designado por el equipo central.
- Entregar mensualmente el reporte de promociones expuestas.
- Generar el reporte regional de visitas en ruta.
- Generar análisis regionales reactivos y/o preventivos que permitan prevenir riesgos para la fuerza de ventas y colaboradores, así mismo que apoyen en la toma de decisiones, considerando data interna e información de fuentes abiertas.
- Realizar reportes de inteligencia sobre incidencias que podrían afectas a los empleados y/o operaciones de la región.

Resguardar y actualizar la información logística y administrativa del equipo de SC
- Mantener actualizado el inventario de vehículos y activos de la compañía asignados a SC.
- Actualizar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos de SC de la región asignada a partir de cronogramas detallados.
- Actualizar y administrar el directorio regional de SC.
- Mantener actualizado el directorio de Cedis, Mixing, Plantas y otros sites.

Qualifications:

**Experiência**
- Recién egresados, experiência en prácticas profesionales en el área de seguridad
