Grow with us as **Human Resources Learning and Development Intern **- **HR **at **Kellogg**. **You will be responsible of Supporting the HR team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, supporting development initiatives, and analysis of databases.
**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
In your role as **HR Intern**, you will be part of our success by:
- **
Visual design of learning and development materials**:
- Supporting different programs for the learning development of the team
- Communication initiatives on wellbeing, trainings and recognition
- Analysis and management of databases of employees
- Creating project initiatives
**WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?**
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in **HR**, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- Student in Graphic Design, Marketing, administration, HR or related
- Have at least one year of university left
- ** High visual design skills**:
- Advanced English
- Basic Excel
- Intermediate PPT
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
- Service attitude
**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**
- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
