We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Campaign Operation Analyst

**Principal accountabilities**:

- Understand, maintain, and improve Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows and system processes.
- Oversee the production of the Digital Messaging documentation in line with committed timescales and methodology, securing Approval from stakeholders as required
- You will be responsible for thorough Quality Control (QC) of their own deliverables as well, follow the departmental Quality Control (QC) procedures as laid down by the business line (PROCESS).
- Identification of key risks, issues and interdependencies and providing appropriate mitigation strategies or escalating as appropriate
- Be able to consult with different teams on issues impacting the project timelines and deliverables to negotiate a viable solution
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects & stakeholders at the same time by handling the intake and prioritization to support Digital Messaging activity across a portfolio of projects/initiatives.
- Extensive knowledge of digital communications channels
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Preferrable working with large datasets to target segmented audiences on SQL & SAS (Programming languages).

Experience
- Graduates with at least 1 year of experience on Campaign Execution or Digital Channels Operation
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, preferably with Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pega Marketing. Knowledge of terminology such as Campaign manager & Decision engine
- Function specific criteria like:

- Digital reporting and visualization skills to track the digital campaign performances.
- Exposure to advanced technologies like Cloud, Adobe Analytics will have an advantage.
