Como nuestro In store Trainer tu misión será crear un ambiente que proporcione una experiência de compra superior al consumidor, implementar programas/procesos para impulsar los resultados empresariales.

Responsabilidades básicas
- Habilidades avanzadas en servicio a cliente, técnicas de ventas y conocimiento del producto para conectar al consumidor con el producto exacto y generar ventas.
- Construir el puente entre el consumidor y la marca, a través de un servicio premium adaptando las historias de marca en tienda.
- Servir como experto en el producto para consumidores y atletas.
- Buscar aprendizaje y actualizaciones de producto constantemente.
- Asistir a leads y coaches en el entrenamiento para atleta
- Ayudar a loss prevention con servicio al cliente proactivo, mantenerse atento por incidentes sospechosos. Conocimiento avanzado de producto y categorías.

**Requisitos**:

- Experiência 2 años de experiência en retail (boutiques, tiendas deportivas, centros comerciales)
- Dominio de los productos de Microsoft Office y de los sistemas comerciales minoristas
- Capacidad para construir, dirigir y administrar equipos de alto rendimiento
- Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y asesoramiento de los empleados
