At Nike, we see our Digital Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. We're looking for a consumer-focused leader with experience in working with x-functional local and global teams, to help lead our digital offense.

We want someone with superior interpersonal skills and ability to lead and/or work cross-functionally, to coordinate alignment for digital processes across key territories and business stakeholders. You have proven experience (and passion for) driving process excellence throughout organizations (with a digital business focus) and the ability to influence across teams and colleagues that span multiple functions.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As our Site Operations Manager, you'll support the Digital Operations team by:
Coordinating pre-season and in-season management of Operations moments across global and geo teams.

You will support seasonal initiatives and key category marketing products and moments that align to the seasonal offense. Providing on-time updates and solutions regarding product readiness to our NDDC stakeholders will become one of your top priorities.

Coordinating the seasonal calendar, product readiness, overall readiness updates and communications to all NDCC stakeholders

Build and maintain a key documentation repository for MX Digital Ops team.

Redefine, align and establish Global and Geo Processes regarding site navigation and user experience for MX

Coordinate all project tracking regarding NDDC from the Digital Ops perspective. This includes the understanding, revision and benchmarking on all current and new capabilities related to MX NDDC business as well as the alignment and proper execution of them to ensure business results from an E2E perspective.

Aligning Language Services along with Global Localization team to enhance customer experience in MX site.

You will provide business insights (R&R) from the checkout partner / post purchase perspective.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

As the Digital Operations Manager, you'll report directly to de MX NDDC Digital Ops Manager. You will work cross functionally with Business, Consumer Direct Marketing, DSM, Logistics and Tech functions at Territory, Geo, and Global level to drive our operational processes and to build and execute seasonal planning.

WHAT YOU BRING

As our Site Operations leader, we are seeking a great teammate with digital experience to support fast-growing businesses and markets. You are passionate about constantly finding ways to make things run better, faster and with the least amount of wasted effort across multiple operation functions.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of comparable digital experience, working on consumer-facing digital platforms (digital commerce or retail)
- Strong proficiency with MS Excel
- Demonstrated ability to lead and/or work on cross-functional teams and provide management support for high visibility projects
- Comfortable in problem structuring and strategic problem solving
- Strong attention to detail & ability to move from task to task quickly
- Strong English communication skills
