The opportunity

In this role, you’ll report to the Sales Director for Mexico. There is also a strong connection required with the Technology and the Marketing and Finance teams.

The team has 4 people working sales and additional exceptional colleagues working on product marketing, PR & content, Finance, HR, Operations and Legal. Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Position & strengthen our Services breadth in Mexico
- Maintain and foster customer relationships
- Meet Sales targets to increase revenue and profitability
- You build territory plan
- You run a portfolio of TOP customers
- Orchestrate sales activities company wide.

- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Present products and services to prospective customers
- Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships
- Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
- Assess sales performance according to KPIs
- Monitor competition within assigned region
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director
- Proven experience as a Territory Manager
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs

- Analyse data to find the most efficient sales methods
- Proficient in MS Office, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
