We have multiple job openings in multiple locations We pay weekly at a minimum, and possibly daily, and in some cases, after each work order multiple times per day. If you are good, we will keep you as busy as you want to be.

General Technician: to repair and maintain all aspects of buildings and facilities for our customers including:
Diagnose repairs needed to correct complaint identified in a work order.

Perform the repair or maintenance in accordance with best industry practices or clients’ request; usually go with the more economical solution.

Performs work in accordance with local, state, and national code compliance in his/her zone.

Must be comfortable and willing to drive statewide and across state borders when needed. We pay for drive time.

Document diagnosis, cause and correction in sufficient detail to satisfy customerMake a thorough assessment including the systemic reason behind the malfunction, propose the solution including the steps of repairs as well as the estimated time period, materials and equipment needed to complete the repair, as well as any proposed challenges the job may face.

Communicate on any ongoing issues or changes with your dispatcher and the operations team.

Follow company procedures for clocking in and out of jobs as well as keeping record of the drive time, mileage, etc

Test and verify repairs to assure completeness AND send before, during, after photos and manager sign off.

Focus on the following aspects of general building, facilities and ground repair and maintenance:
Electrical Experience

Breaker panels, Running/Replacing Circuits, Gauges, EV chargers install, Retrofitting & LED, interior and exterior lighting, pole lights, power poles, etc

Plumbing Experience

Must be familiar with Main line clogs, HWH, Pipe repairs/replacement, excavations, Sump pumps, camera snake, hydrojet, Augers etc

General Maintenance/Handyman

Drywall, painting, General carpentry, Doors, Drawers, locks, minor flooring, minor masonry, Millwork & furniture assembly.

Operating a forklift

Licenses and Certifications (CDL, EPA, OSHA ) Extras are a plus

Boilers/Furnace Systems

Propane systems

Slide outs

Generators

Roofing, Gutters, awnings, siding repairs

Required experience:
5 years of relatable paid experience

Ability to work with your hands.

Must be able to read, understand, write, and communicate technical details, documentation & monitors.

Know your way around a smart phone to communicate and send the needed information to the back-office team.

Ability to work well with others - we want to keep our place a friendly and cooperative workplace (Some jobs require meeting clients, in-house techs/tradesmen on site, other times you might be walking into a kindergarten class full of kids)

Dependable and trustworthy

Enjoy working with your hands and tools, and the day-to-day grind and solving complex challenges

Drug free - must pass a drug test

Valid driver’s license and insurable under our insurance policy

Legally able to work in the USA - we are an E-Verify employer

Willing to learn and take advantage of opportunities to further your career

Must have your own basic tools/ladder and knowledge in all areas of equipment and tools.

Must pass ability test/mechanical aptitude, super-fast and easy for a knowledgeable tech

**Military experience is a plus.**
