Customer Service Agent for Collections

SEGOSO MEXICO, Call Center with headquarters in Monterrey, is currently searching for **Customer service agent for collections.**
**Work activities**:
- Place outbound and receive inbound member communication as directed.
- Support with data entry activities within the software.
- Attend all required training and complete compliance courses as assigned.
- Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
- Routinely generate reports.
**Education and Experience**
- At least two (2) years of work experience in a call center in billing, retentions, sales or tech support.
- Bilingual - **English/Spanish**
- Strong computer skills.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
- Results-oriented with excellent customer service and people skills.
