**We offer**:

- $17,000 MXN per month.

- Located in Av. Benito Juárez, Centro, Monterrey, N.L.

**Required Skills**:

- Conversational English.
- Minimum of 1.5 year experience in similar collections management roles.
- Open to learning and adaptable to new processes and strategies.
- Demonstrates a proactive and determined approach to achieving goals.
- Proficient in contacting customers for payment, demonstrating strong phone communication and negotiation skills.
- Possesses advanced technological skills to navigate relevant software and tools.
- Proactively follow up on overdue accounts, communicating with customers to remind them of their payment obligations.
- Legal Collaboration: Works with our Attorney, on legal accounts.

**Salary**: $17,000.00 per month
