We are currently recruiting for **Content Jr. Manager LAN** in **Mexico City**. It is an exciting time to be part of **Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health** and our planned new consumer health company,** Kenvue** Come join our team and be part of our future

This role is responsible for ensuring the execution of content in the digital journey with a strategic E2E vision, analyzing and generating powerful insights from all omnichannel touchpoints to ensure our digital experience, sharing with the content team & key areas to adjust accordingly if necessary to our business objectives the right content at the right time, according to the changes of our consumers and HCP. This role has a higher complexity of interaction with Brand managers, CBI Team and different stakeholders.

**Main responsabilities**:

- Translate brand strategy to guarantee the perfect execution across the consumer and HCP’s journey and guarantee influencers execution
- Audit the points of contact of our consumers to guarantee the strategy of the brands and obtain better connections with the consumer and HCP´s
- Identifies and directs business opportunities according to insights and trends
- Connection with Media & eCommerce to guarantee connected commerce
- Analyze the executions and best practices of the competition
- Key stakeholder of Content, Brand squad & Social commerce squad
- Budget Management

**Other duties**:

- Construction of processes to streamline the connection of teams & WoW
- Participation in construction of annual strategy with brands and multifunctional teams.

Qualifications

**Main requirements**:

- University/bachelor’s degree
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Influencers & KOL knowledge
- Generate insights from digital performance indicators
- Digital intellectual Curiosity
- Detail and results orientated
- Excellent connect & communication skills
- Resilience
- Advanced English
- Digital ecosystem experience
- Intellectual curiosity

- Travel on the job: 10% (Domestic & International)
