Monitoring Anexo 24 operation, elaborate and execute customs plans for processing day to day Customs Operation in strict adherence to the applicable laws, guidelines, policies and procedures established by VERTIV

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Customs Documentation Preparation:

- Temporary Imports and Exports
- Definitive Imports and Exports
- Special Operations, Virtuals, Change of regime, Regularization.
- Inbound trades regulations
- US Customs documentation
- Prosec, Rule 8th
- Certificates of origin
- Customs documents audit and validation
- Procedures
- Catalogs
- Payments

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Minimum Job Qualifications**:

- Proficient on Annex 31
- Proficient on Annex 24
- ORACLE ERP Systems (interfaces)
- Customs law and Regulations knowledge
- Judgment, problem solving tools.
- Ethical
- Critical thinking
- Teamwork
- Audit Experience

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Desired exposure to lean logistics and Customs Operational Excellence

**EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s degree in international Trade and Customs with strong focus on Annex 24 systems
- 5+ years of Experience in International Trade/Business
