Talent Acquisition Operations Support

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

The Human Resources (HR) division is responsible for the integral assistance of employees. This includes recruiting activities, administration, compensation, performance management, employee development, as well as the allocation of work-life-balance and training programs.

**_ How you'll make your mark:_**
- Counsel with different parties on Talent Acquisition processes with global corporate and government policies.
- Work across multiple units within a business, functions or geographies to ensure needs are met.
- Develop a broad understanding human resources compliance programs and a working knowledge of the business.
- Provides analytics to proactively manage case load and provide a speedy and positive recruiting and onboarding experience.
- Analyze employee data to provide research for compliance programs and reports findings to support development and delivery.
- Maintain and ensure full compliance of employment screening files and overall record keeping.
- Identify and communicate risks and/or program improvement areas based on daily activities.
- Communicate in writing and verbally with entry-level to senior-level professionals, including providing instructions, clarifying and sharing general information.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Participate on recruiting operations and onboarding initiatives supporting end to end processes optimization.

**_ About you:_**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business or HR) or equivalent 1 year work experience.
- Proficient with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Solid communication skills (verbal and written) - English business level
- Exercise independent judgment, critical thinking skills, creating problem solving skills and decision making.
- Highly organized; must be able to handle multiple priorities.
- Detailed oriented and extremely thorough.
- Able to work in a global fast paced virtual environment and flexible work schedule.

Prefer Skills and Knowledge:

- Talent Acquisition and HR background.
- Understanding of HR Operations concepts, policies and procedures, and administrative procedures.
- Applicant tracking system basic knowledge (e.g. Workday).
- Project Management experience - small/medium projects.
