Misión
Ejecuta las solicitudes de compra de materiales, de acuerdo con las especificaciones técnicas requeridas, el precio, el cronograma de entrega y los plazos. Asegurar que las actividades de compra se alineen con las políticas y procedimientos de compra corporativos bajo supervisión.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Identificación de proveedores: Recomienda / apoya en la identificación de nuevos proveedores y coordina con el equipo de categoría relevante. Sigue el proceso para calificar a los nuevos proveedores en cooperación con los especialistas en ingeniería y calidad de proveedores.
- Contratos: Adapta el marco contractual corporativo a las necesidades del negocio local. Recomienda acuerdos marco a la gerencia, asegura términos contractuales aprobados en ejecución.
- Análisis de ofertas: analiza y evalúa las ofertas dentro del alcance, para determinar el valor óptimo.
- Soporte de ventas: apoya a los equipos de ofertas y propuestas proporcionando información relevante del mercado dentro del área de responsabilidad.
- Bienes recibidos: realiza un seguimiento de los bienes recibidos para verificar la entrega adecuada y garantizar el procesamiento de facturas según las pautas disponibles.
**Requisitos**:
- Profesional en Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en administración, comercio internacional o afines
- Un año de experiência en funciones relacionadas
- Ingles Intermedio
- Portugués Básico deseable
- SAP Deseable, Office, Excel avanzado
