**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with the content and web development teams to enhance the company website’s SEO performance.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and improved search engine rankings.
- Track and analyze SEO metrics, providing regular reports on website traffic, rankings, and other key performance indicators.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
- Analyze the website to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase lead generation, improve the user experience, and enhance site conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, call-to-action buttons, and other key elements to optimize performance.
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on conversion metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align CRM activities with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Prepare and present regular reports on CRM campaign performance, SEO progress, and push notification effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance CRM strategies.

**What do you need?** ️
- Experience with push notification tools and strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Nice to have...**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in optimizing B2B websites for conversion.
- Experience with Apollo.io for lead generation and CRM integration.
- Experience working in startups.
