Job Summary:
Experienced position in Claim Department support, with responsibility in supporting the various functions of Claims support including but not limited to coding and processing payments, total loss back-end processing, and various other support tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Makes and maintains a connection with the customer by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Contacts or receives contact from customers or other claim related third parties to obtain and/or provide necessary file information to comply with quality and process standards.
- Completes all necessary forms, logs documents into the system, and routes them to the appropriate parties.
- Performs bulk payment entry
- Handles processing voids
- Performs IRS data entry (W9)
- Assigns demands from the Arb Forums esubro hub
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job does not have supervisory duties
Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Training gained through on the job experience, vocational training and/or job-related college courses
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- None
Functional Skills
- Claims knowledge
- Ability to successfully work in a high volume, fast paced, changing environment
- Data entry in EPIC
- Moderate Excel skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work with other departments
- Ability to navigate Copart (salvage) website
- Ability to navigate Accounting suite - lockbox
