**Job Summary**

As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for undertaking all admin procedures. Including but not limited to:

- Key Account Manager for select clients.
- Assisting with workflow coordination.
- Managing the onboarding process ensuring timeframes are met.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
- Liaise with clients and co-workers to complete tasks.
- PA to Company Director.
- Create Canva posts.
- Help with Marketing.
- General system maintenance and updating.
- Electronic tax return deliveries.

**Qualifications**
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team.
- Very reliable.
- Extremely organized.
- Trustworthy and accountable.
- Loves a challenge.
- Good internet connection.
