The Team and Job Summary

We are seeking an **Infrastructure Specialist Assistant** to join our **Information and Technology** team in our **Mexico office**. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional project managers and estimators. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of organizational skills but also be flexible and a strategic thinker, able to take on a variety of tasks.

Job Responsibilities
- Create tickets and the list of equipment to be disposed of.
- Manage existing and current inventory EOL to ITAD
- Order material and help the M&A team check all the needs in the offices.
- Coordinate purchasing and tech dispatches with our vendors.
- Coordinate the installation with SHI or Converge and check configuration and functionality on the dashboard.
- Coordinate with SHI tech dispatch to IMAC and M&A Projects.
- Check for live printers and gather IP, admin credentials, POC, general device information, IP, SN, and MAC address.

Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills.
- Experience as an Infrastructure, Service desk or IT management assistant.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Strong project management skills.
- Able to meet deadlines while being detail oriented.
- Exceptional customer service skills to support and solve our client’s questions and requests.
- Strong independent work ethic and leadership skills and qualities.
- Strong analysis and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word with strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports.

Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
