**El trabajo de un Gerente de tienda de H&M tiene mucha responsabilidad y mucha diversión**

**Tu lista de cosas por hacer incluye**:

- Proporcionar un excelente servicio al cliente en todos los níveles
- Seguimiento de los objetivos y presupuestos de ventas para optimizar las ganancias
- Asegurar que todas las actividades de la tienda cumplan con los estándares (presentación de prendas de vestir, actividades de ventas, campañas, acciones y seguimientos)
- Reclutar, capacitar y desarrollar a tu equipo, planificando el crecimiento para todos en tu equipo
- Asegúrate de que todos los procedimientos administrativos sean acordes a los estándares (planificación del personal, oficina administrativa, reducciones, entregas, rutinas de seguridad y protección)
- Eres un ejemplo para tu equipo y actúas como un modelo a seguir
