Tiffany & Co. is seeking a seasoned retail development expert to lead all store opening projects for Latin America. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in store planning, design, and construction environments with an aggressive expansion of retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
The Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, international vendors, and consultants to achieve project milestones. This includes building project briefs, programs/schedules, and budgets that respect the Store Development Lifecycle and key project milestones. Additionally, they will manage and build project briefs with all stakeholders, align with Store Design, Regional, and Market leadership on project milestones and overall schedule, and review and negotiate work letters with local authorities.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture/Engineering or Construction Project Management, 8+ years of experience in a similar environment, and experience working with high-end luxury projects. They must be proficient with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Project, and Adobe, and have knowledge of LEED processes and certifications. Strong interpersonal, communication, project management, and people management skills are essential.
