**Job Description**:

**Location: Mexico (Hybrid)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and data needs.
- Develop and implement processes to ensure proper data management and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues as needed.
- First point of contact for Client Service team to troubleshoot issues with operational processes (i.e. Accessing QRM workflows, status of submissions, common issues with project workbooks, etc.).
- Develop and maintain system documentation and user guides for end-users. Can use Lucid or Visio to diagram data and process flows.
- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with Rockwell C&N Team to manage legal document review backlog.
- Maintain legal and commercial templates.
- Assist with proposal responses regarding common company information on Supplier and Security questionnaires.
- Coordinate Critical Project and Technical Review meetings with QRM lead and Delivery teams.
- Assist the Operational Excellence team leadership with management of special short-term projects - attend project calls, assist with project tasks & scheduling, assist with keeping projects moving forward and on schedule.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- English language: excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with business & financial process systems and Microsoft Forms or similar systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
