**Purchasing Coordinator**

**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Manage resources of the entire Purchasing Area. Monitor KPI's and make sure to implement or take actions as need it. Lead meetings with Supervisors and the entire team in order to align the goals and activities focus on effective results.- Plan and structure the Purchasing department
- Supervise the PO Placement Process
- Monitor/Execute a proper Procurement of Raw Material
- Be dinamic and adjust to the Business and Global conditions
- Ensure Suppliers meet the requirements
- Expedite shortages and minimize production risks.
- Make and follow up RYG Report for Production Planning purpose
- Control Inventory levels executing pull-in/push-outs when is need it
- Monitor and reduce aging exposure
- Followp and disposition to RMA's
- Proactively identifies and escalates potential issues related to metrics.

Experience: Production planning 2 years, Procurement/Material Expedition 3 years,
- English; level advanced
- MS OFFICE
- SAP-MRP Equivalent
- Agile
