**Ford Champs **will allow to get to now different business areas through 12 to 24 months, while you improve your skills and become a better professional.

**The Electrified Champ **will support the design, release, packaging, and certification of Bussed Electrical Centers (BECs) for current model battery hybrid/electric vehicle programs. We are looking for someone who can work effectively with various functions of a vehicle program team, that is proactive, self-motivated, and pays attention to detail. They must also have strong teamwork, organizational, oral communication, and written communication skills with the ability to progress design solutions while delivering the best compatibility with vehicle targets.

What you´ll need:

- To be an active student from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Automotive Engineering (last 4 semesters)
- Solve problem methods: 5Ds, 8Ds, 6-Sigma.
- 101 Basics on DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan.
- 101 Basics on Systems Engineering.
- English - 80%.
- 101 Basics on Hybrid and Electric Vehicles.
- Excel and PowerPoint.
- Open to learn and enthusiastic.
