As a **HR Labor Affairs Ford Champ **you will learn about the factors that may impact the Ford of Mexico's wage and contract negotiation cycle for Hourly Personnel in the four manufacturing sites in Ford of Mexico

**What you´ll need**:

- Active student from any of the last 4 semesters (Psychology, Business Administration)
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Solid senses of accountability and proactiveness
- Positive attitude and result-oriented resourcefulness

**What you´ll do**:

- Update metrics and demographics of hourly personnel: maintain updated hourly personnel metrics for all locations.
- Update economics metrics
- Investigate labor news in Mexico and around the world to get a broad overview of labor issues.
- Support to the Staff Labor Relations team in different administrative activities (preparation of presentations, legal documentation organization, follow up of requests for quotations of branded products, etc.)
- Support in improvement projects for plant metrics.
- Support in different needs focused on automotive industry analysis.
- Execute various activities to organize national meetings and negotiations.
