Customer Service Consultant

Fluent or Native English written and spoken **(80% minimum)**
- Living in CDMX
- Open to come to the office at least 2 days per week
**Responsibilities**:
- Handling work in the form of text and video voices, communicating with overseas users, and solving problems arising from the use of products by overseas users
- Handle user feedback such as Play Store or App Store, product feedback background, etc, and improve the star rating of the product on the Play Store or App Store, as well as the resolution and satisfaction of the feedback background
- Follow up the bugs that user feedback in a timely manner, and be good at using the table to organize summary
- Analyze user feedback, regularly output reports in data form, and propose targeted solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience in a client-facing role such as customer service and account management with high customer volume
- High level of English fluency
- Proven to be self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure solutions
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy and process standardization
- Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize information to highlight key insights; Effective in team cross-collaboration
- Ability to connect and build trusting relationships with users; leveraging insights to improve business operations
- Analytical skills; Experience with data analysis and reporting; Ability to make data driven decisions highly preferred
- Experience in utilizing excel and/or Google sheets desired; understanding of formulas, v-lookups and pivot tables a plus
