Principales responsabilidades
- Gestión y agenda a nível dirección
- Coordinación de viajes y transporte
- Recepción visitantes de otros países
- Elaboración de Minutas
- Coordinación de coffebreaks
- Gestión de documentos y firmas
- Seguimiento a clientes internos y externos
- Manejo de gastos y conciliaciones de tarjetas de crédito
- Seguimientos de pagos
- Seguimiento de llamadas y correos
- Presentaciones y reportes a nível dirección
