**Executive Assistant**

Propósito del puesto:
Atención, gestión y coordinación de diferentes asuntos relacionados al Director Ejecutivo, los Directores Jurídicos, Directores de las diversas áreas del banco, abogados externos y autoridades diversas.
Principales Actividades:

- Atención y control de las llamadas dirigidas al Director
- Coordinación puntual de agenda.
- Envío y recepción de documentación interna y externa.
- Coordinación de Agenda
- Organización de videoconferencias, conferencias telefónicas, reuniones de trabajo con jurídico, diversas áreas del banco, abogados externos y autoridades diversas.
- Comprobaciones de gastos del Director.
- Servir como enlace entre los integrantes de la Dirección.
- Cumplir con las capacitaciones asignadas a través de Business School

Requirements

Conocimientos y Experiência:

- Licenciatura en económico-administrativo
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en rol similar
- Organización y administración de la información
- Trabajo bajo presión
- Proactiva
- Trabajo en Equipo
- Manejo de Microsoft Office, nível medio
- Inglés conversacional con capacidad de conversación y escritura.
